A synthetic version of Thymosin Beta-4. TB-500 promotes actin regulation fundamental to cell migration, proliferation, and wound healing. Reduces inflammation, promotes angiogenesis, and has demonstrated cardiac protective effects in animal studies.
Dosing & Protocols
Loading phase: 4-8mg/week for 4-6 weeks. Maintenance: 2-4mg/week. Typically 2x/week subcutaneous. Commonly stacked with BPC-157. Works systemically unlike BPC-157 which works locally.
Side Effects
Generally well tolerated. Reported: lethargy at loading doses, head rush. Limited human data.
Interactions & Contraindications
No well-documented drug interactions. Same theoretical angiogenesis caution as BPC-157.
